Before our big launch event on Wednesday, November 30th, at 2pm, we wanted to make sure there are a few major things you’re familiar with about us:


1. STEMConnector™ is the Online Connection with more than 3,500 profiles of major U.S.‐based STEM Education organizations, programs, and projects‐‐Companies, Foundations, Associations, Professional Societies, Educational institutions, International Organizations, Diversity, Women’s & Girl’s STEM organizations and their programs, the Federal government programs and National Labs; all 50 States and State STEM Ed Report Cards; International; Local STEM organizations, STEM Projects and Competitions, Science Museums, STEM Academies and Charter Schools and much more!

2. STEMConnector™ is JOBS, JOBS JOBS,  providing the latest data linking educational achievement to economic needs, career tracks and skills. Our STEM Database features information on the top-paying STEM jobs state-by-state, as well as program listings at both a state and federal level.

3. STEMConnector™ is Flexible, Faceted Search with a unique and easy-to-use search system. Try STEMConnector’s™ Subject Search engine and find surprising linkages by geographic location, subject area, organizational type, and scope. Multi‐faceted search is capable across the entire data base of the 3,500 plus organizations plus 47 disciplinary areas, from Accounting to Transportation.

5. STEMConnector™ is just getting started with our November 30th launch, releasing over 3,500 profiles to the web for public access. Coming in 2012 will be an expanded database, improved feedback options, and more  opportunities to connect across STEM fields!
